Want to restore 1password pro features. Apple ID for family member who purchase is wrong. What to do

Our family instance of 1Password for iOS will not allow me to restore pro features.
When asking to upgrade the application asked for the password of the purchasing family member. However the AppleID list is not the family member's proper Apple ID. What can I do to get this Apple ID associated with the application updated?

    Hi @kecrispin,

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

The Pro features are sold on a per-Apple ID basis. If you have not purchased the Pro features on your Apple ID, you have three options:

    1) You could revert to the free basic version of 1Password for iOS
    2) You could purchase the Pro features on your Apple ID
    3) You could subscribe to a 1Password Families account, which allows you and up to four additional family members to use 1Password along with the Pro features (regardless of Apple IDs): https://1password.com/families/

Please let me know which way you'd like to proceed and I'd be happy to help guide you in that direction. :)

    Ben
