iPhone was wiped clean. Got group version of 1Password when I tried to reinstall. Need individual.
When I downloaded 1Password to iPhone, I got some kind of group version. I need the personal or individual version and can't find it.

Welcome to the forums @carol_partington! There's only one version of 1Password for iOS, and it supports both 1Password Families or 1Password Teams subscribers and people who use the licensed version of 1Password. When you launch the app there should be a dialog with two options. The top one lets you sign in to a 1Password account (which you would only have if you use 1Password Families or 1Password Teams) while the bottom one lets you access vaults you sync with iCloud, Dropbox, or Wi-Fi Sync. Select the bottom option and follow the setup process and you should be able to keep using the 1Password for iOS you know and love :)

When I launch the app, I see two choices, Scan QR code or Sign in manually. I have no QR code. When I attempt to sign in manually, they request a Team URL, an Account Key, and my email address and master password. I do not have a Team URL or an Account Key and it will not let me proceed without them.

@carol_partington you should have the option to close out of that screen. Here's a screenshot I took when I replicated what happened, with an arrow marking the Close button I'd like you to press:
That should take you to this screen, where you'll choose Use without an account:
Which then leads to this screen, where you can select the sync service you've used with 1Password in the past:
And then you should be good to go! Please let me know if that Close button is unavailable, or if you need help with anything else :)

Thank you. I was finally able to access my passwords and logins. 1Password is so un-intuitive. I find it very difficult to use! Thanks for your help. If they made it more transparent, it would help the users!

Thanks for the feedback and the update, @carol_partington.
We'd love to hear any specific feedback you may have as to how we can make 1Password more intuitive. :)

If you read back through my messages to your support team I think you can see that some changes in the options offered on the screen would have made it easy for me to solve my problem without asking for help.

Thanks, @carol_partington. It appears the bulk of the confusion was that you were under the impression that you had a 1Password account, but do not. Do you have a suggestion on how we might be able to clarify that?

I do have a 1Password account, but not a team or group which the app assumes. I did not know how to access the account from my newly wiped iPhone. Now I know. I have been able to access it, but the route to the solution was circuitous.

See, that is the problem:
I do have a 1Password account, but not a team or group which the app assumes.
You actually do not. A 1Password account comes with a 1Password for Families or 1Password for Teams subscription. Outside of that, there is no concept of a "1Password account." Folks who have licensed the standalone 1Password applications, or purchased the Pro features for one or more of our mobile apps, do not have an account (unless they have also otherwise subscribed to 1Password Teams or 1Password Families).
But it seems that there is a fairly common assumption that if a purchase has been made an account exists, and that is not the case.

Again, another example of the confusing way your company does business and is not transparent. I purchased two 1Password apps. One for my MacBook Pro and one to use on my iPhone and iPad. Recently info seems to imply that I did not need to purchase two separate apps. My road to learning how to use 1Password has been very rocky. I have not had this problem with any other program I have used. It appears your company puts the responsibility on the user to figure out how to use the program instead of designing it to be user-friendly.

I'm sorry you feel that way, @carol_partington.
We have been having a fair amount of discussion internally about how to make this whole concept of an "account" more easily understood.
For what its worth -- yes, 1Password for Mac and 1Password for iOS (iPhone/iPad) are sold separately if purchasing the standalone products (i.e. not a 1Password for Families or 1Password for Teams subscription). So it doesn't sound like you've made a purchase you didn't need.
We're working on it. Thanks for bearing with us. :)
