Is the backup way still work?

I'm trying this backup.

Is this way still work?
I tried once last month and it worked.
But today I cannot find "Backups" folder in the documents at iTunes 12.3.3.17 on Mac.

    Hi @takasek,

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    Be sure you have created a backup first. It didn't show up for me just now, but that was because I never used the feature before. (I sync with Dropbox and have family and team accounts.)

    1. Open and unlock 1Password on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
    2. Tap Settings > Advanced > Create Backup.

    When I did that, the Backups folder appeared for me. Does that help in your case?
