My 1P won't sync across my devices and computers. I've narrowed it down to a problem with 1P. HELP!

I followed the support forum instruction for determining whether its a Dropbox problem or a 1P problem. It did not create a test login in dropbox when I tried for the millionth time!

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
