Two questions: 1) purchased pro upgrade but IOS devices are saying pro features not available on dev
I purchased 1password a year or so ago, to install on my iPad. Then I purchased the Pro features in app. However, on the iPad, when I try to access those features, such as the extra categories and Apple Watch features, the iPad thanks me for purchasing the Pro, but then tells me I cannot access them on this device. And when I try to install on my iPhone, it doesn't even recognize the Pro features were ever purchased. In addition, when I try to download the application to my Mac laptop, it wants to charge me $69. But I understood from your web site I was supposed to be able to use it on all my Apple devices - Mac, iPhone and iPad. So how do I install it on my laptop without having to pay the $69 all over again? (PLus, I guess $10 more for the Pro features I cannot access)

Hi @lee_michaelson,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.
If you have a 1Password Families subscription, then all the compatible apps are included. However, if you purchased the Pro features as a one-time, in-app purchase — without a subscription — then you would need to purchase the 1Password desktop apps separately. Learn more on the pricing page.
In order to restore the Pro features that were previously bought with an in-app purchase, the app must be installed using the Apple ID that was used to make the purchase. It's not enough to switch to the correct Apple ID after installing the app and then try to restore the purchase. The app itself must be installed using the correct Apple ID.
Is it possible 1Password was installed using a different Apple ID on your iPad and/or iPhone?

It is possible that I had a different Apple Password when I bought the Pro Features. Using the info you provided above I managed to bring up at least some of the Pro features on my iPad Pro and iPad (Apple Watch features still say not available). But on my iPhone I hit restore and entered my current Apple Password -- no joy. But now it will not let me enter a different Apple password -- it just starts restoring and then says there isn't any purchase associated with the first ID I entered. So how do I get it to let me try other combinations that might have been the correct Apple ID at the time of purchase?

Also, if I'm able to recall the correct Apple ID how do I install it with the old ID, as the App Store will only admit me with the current ID

Hi @lee_michaelson,
Once you've determined which Apple ID you used to purchase 1Password you'll need to sign into the App Store with that ID. Apple has instructions here:
Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Once you are signed into the correct ID you will need to remove 1Password from your device (be sure to backup or sync your data first as this will remove all data within the app), and then install it again from the App Store while logged into the correct ID.
I hope that helps!
Ben
