error on software license csv import 1password 6

I've checked the format of my csv file at least 4 times to verify it follows format from here: https://support.1password.com/create-csv-files/. I get the following error:

Beginning Import
Collecting items to import
Could not read items from file. Check import format.
Done

Example line from file (license key is same format but not the actual value and email is disguised):
Aurora HDR,1.2.1,ABC1-DEF3-GHI4-JKL5-MNO6,Lee Herman,myemailaddy@gmail.com,,,,,,,05/07/2016,,

    Your csv entry imported fine for me using 6.3.BETA-15 (630015) :

    Are you selecting the import options as shown here?:

    Hi @macbikegeek ,

    That line looks ok, but is it possible another line in the file is missing one or more commas? Or if one of the data fields has a comma, it should be surrounded by double-quotation marks. For example:

    Aurora HDR,1.2.1,"ABC1-DE,F3-GHI4-JKL5-MNO6",Lee Herman,myemailaddy@gmail.com,,,,,,,05/07/2016,,

    Have a look for that, and please let me know if you still have troubles.
