I'm completely confused. My trial expired so I clicked a link and paid but can't install on ipad

I downloaded the app but it wants a bunch of fields I have no idea of. There is no QR code I can scan. I don't know what any of the fields are except my password. Help!

    Hi @jrodginox,

    I'm sorry for the confusion with the different 1Password products. You only get a QR code and an Account Key if you get a subscription for 1Password Families or Teams. What you bought is a standalone license for Mac and Windows. You can use the basic versions of iOS and Android for free!

    When you open 1Password click on "Use without an account" and you'll be prompted to set up a syncing method with your other device, you can pick between iCloud (if you use a Mac), Dropbox and Wi-Fi. You can find the details on how to set up syncing for your devices here: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/#-sync-it-yourself-with-icloud-or-dropbox.
