Reset my iPad as new. Tried to install 1Password manually and don't have a URL Team or Account key.

I did sync with Dropbox, but don't see how to make that connection again?

1Password Version: 6.2.1
Extension Version: 4.5.6.90
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Sorry for the confusion, @craigdunford. The "Sign into 1Password account" option on the welcome screen is for folks who have a 1Password for Teams or 1Password for Families subscription. To sync with Dropbox you'll want to use the "Use without an account" option.
