can my iphone 4s support opvault?
I am having Dropbox sync problems. I have two Mac desktops, a MacBook and an iphone 4s. I usually discover, by accident, that one device or another has stopped syncing. At the moment my MacBook is most current and nothing else is current. I notice the MacBook now saves in opvault format. One desktop running El Capitan is using agilekeychain. I can't tell what the iphone is doing.
The MacBook has 6.2.1 running on El Capitan. The desktop in front of me is the same. The iPhone runs 9.3.1 It syncs through Dropbox.

Hi @trouble,
I hope you don't mind, I've moved your post from our Mac forum to our iOS forum. I'm not aware of any particular issues with iPhone 4s (though hopefully a teammate will correct me if I'm wrong), so I believe that as long as you're running iOS 9 on it, you should be able to run the latest version (6.4) of 1Password for iOS, which does support OPVault with Dropbox sync.
Can you confirm that you're using 1Password version 6.4 on your iPhone? It should show the version number near the bottom of the Settings screen, below "Recommend 1Password" and above "Advanced."

There's no "Recommend 1Password" or "Advanced" at the bottom of the Settings screen. There is a 1Password setting that allows access to Location, etc.

Hi @trouble,
I think you might be checking Settings on your iPhone instead of in 1Password. If you open the app at the bottom, on the right you should be able to see a little gear that says Settings under it. That's where you need to tap to find which 1Password version your running. It should look something like this:
Please let us know what you find out :chuffed:

Thanks for the update, @trouble! That's good to hear. Now let's get that MacBook looped in, shall we?
Without knowing very much about why it's not syncing, I'll first share this troubleshooting article which helps with most Dropbox sync issues:
If you’re having trouble syncing with Dropbox
The first thing I'd recommend is to compare the sync settings on your MacBook and your desktop(s). Make sure they're all set to sync via Dropbox, and check the filepath to ensure that they're all syncing to the exact same sync file in Dropbox, for example:
Dropbox/1Password/1Password.opvault
. Yours may not use that exact same filepath, but the important part is that it's the same filepath on all of your devices.Let us know if that helps!
