Can't open 1Password app on my Mac

I can open 1Password Mini from the menubar and the browser extensions are both working (Safari and Firefox). But every time I try to open the app itself I get an error message saying: Default aomjjhallfgjeglblehebfpbcfeobpgk quit unexpectedly.

This is across two different user accounts and a complete restart. I am using the latest version of both OS X (10.11.4) and 1Password (6.2.1).

1Password works as expected on both my iOS devices.
