My wifi sync appears to be syncing only my Teams vaults and not my primary vault. Can you help me?

Whenever wifi sync happens on my Android phone, it successfully syncs my Teams vaults. However, it does not seem to sync my Primary vault. I am still missing logins. Dropbox sync (which is set up for my Primary vault) is also not happening, despite the actual files in Dropbox being synced properly. My Android app does not seem to have any options related to Dropbox.
