Converting from a team account to a family account?

Hello, I currently have a team account and notice that a family account would better fit my needs and pricing. How do I go about converting to the family account? I did read that under the web portal, in the admin console there would be a "Convert" button/icon that I could use. However I did not see this option. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

    Hi @davekirstein,

    I'm sorry for the confusion here with this! We've just made some changes to how this works and removed the button to prevent anyone from doing this accidentally. Just send us an email at support@1password.com from the "Owner" email address and we'll take care of it over there! :chuffed:
