I have a member stuck in "Pending Recovery"

The recovery mail they were sent ages ago won't let them recover, and as an owner/admin I can't delete their account to start over, or re-start recovery since they're still in pending. Halp?

    @nicoles: Yikes! I'm sorry for the trouble! I'm not sure what could cause that, and I wasn't able to find the account to investigate further. The best thing to do would be to shoot us an email at support@1password.com (from the Owner, if possible) so we can get this sorted out for you. Thanks in advance!
