I copy and pasted the line of text as instructed and I still cannot access my 1Password application.

I have 1Password for my iPhone 5s, but not enabled, and on my iMac. I need your help as soon as possible.

    OS: OS X El Capitan version 10.11.4
    Not sure which sync type to use. I have iCloud and I have Wi Fi at home

    I removed your phone numbers from the post to protect your privacy. I'm sorry that you're having some issues with 1Password. I would like to ask you a couple of questions so we can help you better. Do you have a subscription to 1Password for Families/Teams or you sue the standalone licenses? What exactly do you mean by "I copy and pasted the line of text as instructed"? At what step of setting up 1Password did you do this? What do you mean by "I have 1Password for my iPhone 5s, but not enabled"? That you downloaded the app but have not used it yet?

    I hope to hear back from you soon so we can get you all set up with 1Password :chuffed:
