How do I switch from Teams to Families?

I got an email a while back talking about the benefits of 1Password for Teams. I signed up for the beta and am thinking about the pros and cons of going with the monthly plan. However, when I go in and look at the pricing options, I am only seeing the per user option for the teams product. How do I sign up for the 5 user family membership?
