Recently the Pin Code stopped working

Recently the Pin Code stopped working on my iPad mini (1) — I now have to enter the master pw every time, no matter how I adjust those two settings. Grr!

And on top of that, there's that painful delay between the MPW request at the bottom of the screen and its movement up to the center of the screen — why is that shift even necessary? Invariably I end up with the a 'c' for the first (wrong) character of my long MPW entry, so I get that hated red error message (even though it's really 1PW's fault).

BTW: Is there an "about" screen hidden somewhere in 1PW so a person can just copy/paste the following info for submission?

Hi @PapaArt,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the PIN.

Can you please open 1Password and navigate to Settings > Advanced > Security and set the Require Master Password setting to a time-based value, and then back to never?

Please let me know if that makes any difference.

P.S. No, unfortunately we do not have a screen that shows all of the information that we ask for here on the forums. That is a good suggestion though! I'll pass the feedback along.
