I have totally screwed up my vault!!! can't sync from laptop to phones anymore HELP.

I have around 440 logs in and passwords and I decided to make individual vaults for each on and then sync them to my phone. Upon doing that I suddenly had 1440 items so I then deleted them all.
Then i lost everything on my phones. SO I did a restore on my laptop to get them all back again but now that my phones are empty and I go to sync with my info from the laptop (which I have backed up in dropbox and iCloud) the phones are overriding my backup and deleting all the info.
Im going insane.

    I'm very sorry to hear about what happened with your vault! From your description, it sounds like you may still have backups you can restore from. I'll do my best to help you get everything sorted out and recover your items.

    In situations like this, it's really important to understand what went wrong, so that it won't happen again when you try to restore from the backup. I know you're concerned about not having your data, but I don't want to jump to conclusions before I learn a bit more.

    Can I ask you to send us some diagnostics reports? I'd like to look at one from your phone, and another from your laptop:
