The program & app will not accept the MP. My iOS app keeps crashing, could this be involved?

Unfortunately the problem is now also on my MBP.
iOS 9.3
app version 3.6.5
OS X 10.11.3
WiFi sync
This makes no sense- I use this app daily, and now it will not accept the master password!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with 1Password. Which version of 1Password are you using on your Mac? You're using an old version of 1Password on your iOS device, that might be what's causing it to crash. For how long have you been having this issues? Were you first unable to access 1Password on your iOS device and then later on on your computer? Did you change anything on your settings for 1Password or about the Master Password?

    About the Master Password, the first thing that you should check is the language settings on your devices, you might have changed them without noticing.
