iPhone reads synced changes but does not write them

I have a 1Password keychain synced using Dropbox.

I've confirmed that data is correctly being synced on Dropbox by checking the values on my desktop and laptop.

However, on my iPhone, there is odd behaviour with syncing.

If I create a new Login item on my Mac, and then sync on my iPhone, the iPhone up the new login without problems.
If I create a new Login item on my iPhone the file is never created in Dropbox
If I edit the item (in the first item above) then that information is never updated to Dropbox either.

Mac OS X version is 6.1.1 (621001)
iOS version is 6.4 (640013)

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble syncing. To get a better look at what is going on under the hood I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    I use 1password on iphone, Windows and Mac and they sync via Dropbox. Today I noticed that updates and new records added on Windows appear on my iphone, however updates and new records made on the iphone do not appear on Windows. I've followed your troubleshooting guide, and I can see the dropbox files updating when Windows is changed, but not when the iphone is. I have tried to force the iphone to sync but it makes no difference. One other issue was a record i changed on the iphone (added more text to the Note), which did not sync to windows - so I updated the record on windows (also edited the Note) and then the iphone record ended up with the note for that record twice. Hope you can sort this out, thanks

    At this time, the solution is to send in the Diagnostics Report as requested above so that we can work with you to get you back on track. Our developers are working on a proper solution to this bug and we’ll have a fix version ready as soon as possible.
