You used to be able to use 1Password Anywhere and Dropbox to view in a web browser. This is no longer possible because of changes in Dropbox together with the fact that 1PW Anywhere is obsolete technology which is not being developed.
One solution is to go to the subscription model, 1PW for Families. At the moment I regard it as too expensive for a single user, though others find it worthwhile even for one person. AgileBits have indicated that they hope to produce a cheaper version for one person only, but they have more urgent matters to deal with, and can't say when, if ever, this will happen.
If you have proper access to another machine (computer, smartphone, etc) - that is, something belonging to a friend, not a public machine - you could install a trial version of 1PW, which is free, and if you have previously synched your data to Dropbox, you could then download it onto that machine and use it. Your friend would not have access to your data without the master password, and you could delete the data after use.

Hi @danielsr21
Thanks for taking the time to write in. As danco mentioned at present the only web based access we offer to 1Password data is through the web interface provided by our 1Password for Teams or 1Password for Families subscription services. :)
Thanks!
Ben
