but still asks me to buy it.

    Hi @plato_k,

    I’ve removed your second post since it contains private license details and this is a public forum. You likely don’t want to share that information here. :)

    I was able to locate your license information in our back office records, and you do indeed have the license that you need to use 1Password on your new MacBook Pro. The information that you copied in your second post included a download link. If you click that link in the email that you received, it should download your license file and apply it automatically to 1Password.

    Have you tried that?
