1P stopped working after I did an OS X upgrade. None of your standard advice works.

Purchased through App Store.

Was running fine for yonks.

Stopped working after system upgrade a few weeks ago. Currently on OS X 10.11.5.

Wouldn't connect to 1P mini.

Could not "restart" 1P.

Tried rebooting.

Eventually tried to get rid of it - removed from /Applications/

Maybe that made it worse - but that was a last resort.

Now 1P is not in App folder and I cannot put it back there. Even with sudo. (Console: "deny file-read-data .... HD/Applications/1Password.app")

App Store purchases screen offers link to "Open", but that doesn't work off course. Would like App Store option to clean up and uninstall! Something like "brew doctor" would be good.

I just want to get rid of this broken 1P and start again. But I can't and this is hugely frustrating.

1P works fine on my other Macs.

1P would have been up to date on App Store, so v6 presumably. I use Dropbox for my sync.

    Hi @gregclarke1,

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble here. Let’s take a closer look at your system to see if we can determine where things are getting tangled up.

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
