Can't open 1password on new iPad Pro. Downloaded backup of old iPad Air to new iPad.

I just purchased a new iPad Pro. I downloaded the backup of my old iPad Air from iCloud. When I try to open 1password on the Pro, I get no response: no pass phrase cell, no pass code display. Just the standard empty-key-slot display. How do I wake up the app?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 9.3.2
Sync Type: ICloud ( I think); maybe Drpbox

    Hi @Garth Brown,

    Congratulations on the new iPad :chuffed: First of all, I'd recommend you to restart your iPad and see if that helps. If you've already done that and you still can't use 1Password, then I'd recommend you to delete the app and install it again.
