Unable to restore from a backup

I am unable to restore from a backup. I follow all the steps. (It says that I will have to restart 1Password manually. I just reopened the program. I don't know any other way to 'restart'. ) When I reopened, nothing has changed. I'm using 1Password 6 on Yosemite. I have 2 computers (one in WA., one in AZ.) I'm restoring a backup from my AZ computer to my WA computer.

Extension Version: 6.2.1
OS Version: 10.10.5
Sync Type: from backup ending in 1p4_zip

    To fully restart 1Password, you’ll want to use the ⌘⌃Q ( Command-Control-Q ) keyboard shortcut to quit both 1Password and 1Password mini.

    I follow all the steps.

    Could you tell me which steps you’re following?
