IOS Syncing One Way

I am using 1Password 6. My IOS version is only syncing one direction. Changes I make on my computer will sync to my IOS 1Password app, but if I make any changes in the IOS app it doesn't sync to my 1Password on my computer.

Any idea why?

    Sorry to hear about the difficulty in syncing. To get a look under the hood, and better understand what might be going on, I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for your quick reply. I have sent the diagnostic report for both the IOS & Mac. My support id # is [#PLN-67885-694]

    Can you confirm that you all have no access to my data even through the reports I sent you?
