Can't find "iCloud sync" on my i Pad (9.3.1) Do Have iCloud Drive. Syncing with El Capitan.
I am attempting to complete syncing my iPad with my iMac, which has iCloud. Can't find "iCloud Sync" which I am supposed to enable. I do have "iCloud Drive" on. There is no word "Sync" that I can see. Checked 2 other iPads.

Hi @hbusher20142,
I'm sorry that you're having this issue. First of all, this part of the user guide might be helpful with the details. It sounds to me like you've just installed 1Password on your iPad, is this right? If this is the case, did you tap on "Sign into 1Password account" when you first opened it? If you did, that's why you can't see the option to "Sync". You need to delete the app, reinstall it and click on "Use without an account". The next screen will prompt you to set up a syncing method and you can choose iCloud from there. If this doesn't help you, please give us some more details about what you're experiencing so we can sort it out :chuffed:
Please let us know how this works out for you!

Thanks to your message I now have 1Password installed on my newly acquired iPad. It was a challenge because your user guide said the easy way was to use iCloud. However, to get iCloud I had to upgrade my iMac to El Capitan and then I found that 1Password had to be upgraded from Version3 to 6. So I bought and installed version 6. Finally I was able to install iCloud and, I thought, 1Password would automatically be on the iPad. Nowhere did it mention that I had to go to Apple Store on my iPad and get 1 Password. Your message made that point and, with some problems, I have it installed and 1 Password is on the iPad. Now I have to learn how to use it, and I am 95 and not a computer expert, so after 4 days of these problems I'll try.

@hbusher20142: Oh dear. Indeed, iCloud is super simple...provided everything is up to date already.

I'm sorry it didn't go so smoothly for you, but I'm glad to hear that Pilar was able to help point you in the right direction! While it sounds like you've made tremendous progress against incredible odds, we're here for you if you have any questions at all as you continue to explore 1Password. :)
