iTouch not working. I've tried all of the suggestions on the blog/forum without success.
iTouch had worked in the past, but I have not been able to get it working again despite trying everything suggested on the forum.

Can you please update to 1Password 6.4.1, which was released yesterday, to see if that helps make any difference?
Also, please open 1Password, goto Settings > Advanced (scroll down to see it) > Security and make sure the "Require Master Password" option is set to an option you are happy with.
