Pricing: Monthly vs Annual

With the announcement 6 days ago about pricing and the sudden "2 days until we freeze your free trial" notice today I was looking for more information on how pricing works. There is none.

If we add a user to the annual plan and then two months later need to delete the account do we get the unused months refunded?
If we start on one plan (monthly or annual) are we able to switch to the other?
When a user is suspended are we charged for them?
