Lost Pro features after app update.

I originally purchased v4.2.1 for iOS which my understanding from https://support.1password.com/pro-features-faq/ allowed for the pro upgrade. I successfully had it until a few recent updates, now getting the message everyone else is getting about Failed to Restore Purchases. I will follow the suggestion to submit Diagnostic Logs and include my receipt for the original purchase. Thanks
