    Hi @coolbossov,

    I assume that you’re asking about suspended users within an active Teams account. If I’m misunderstanding, please let me know.

    A suspended user still counts as toward the user total of the account, as their data is still stored and secured in 1Password. Once you delete a user, they will no longer be counted.

    Just to (belatedly!) update @Megan's comment above, happily this is no longer the case – neither suspended nor deleted users count towards the number of billed users for a 1Password account.
