I can't enter my credit card number

My account is frozen and when I go to enter my credit card info, I fill in all spots and click the blue button and nothing happens. :(

    Sorry to hear that's happening @betterannamac :(

    Can you tell me what browser you're using to visit 1Password.com? Have you tried entering the information in a different browser? If you haven't, do you mind doing so? That'll help us figure out if it's an issue with the site itself or with how it's working in a specific browser.

    I got it working now. I closed my browser and tried again and it worked. I had already tried that once, but I guess it needed a second time. :blush:
