Can 1Password archive or hide old entries?
Is there a way to archive or hide old entries - software licenses for previous versions, old passwords, etc. It is helpful to keep track of such info, but not to have it readily appear in 1P when I search, etc.
Thanks!!

Hey there @gkgriffith,
Thanks for asking this question here in the forum.
There is not a way to hide or archive particular entries. But you can create a secondary vault that contains items that you want to archive. You can just select your primary vault, go the the 1Password menu, and select "New Vault" and call it "Archive." From there you can right-click the items and click Share, select your archive vault and select "move."
Hope this helps.

Thanks, Nathan. Great idea! Another good use for multiple vaults!
