I cannot restore purchase for Pro on my iPhone.

I purchased Pro on 11/26/2014. The Pro features are working on my iPad but I can't restore the purchase on my iPhone. Both devices are using the same Apple ID. I even tried deleting and reloading 1Password on my iPhone, but I still cannot restore the purchase. Screen shot of purchase receipt from iTunes is attached.

    @nrcapes: Sorry for the trouble! We've been investigating cases where the App Store isn't validating purchases and would appreciate some more information:

    • Have you attempted to restore the via Settings > Pro Features? Do you get an error?
    • Have you changed Apple IDs or App Stores/territories since you purchased it?
    • Did you receive a refund for 1Password at any point?

    No need to reply here in the forums. Instead, if you're still having trouble, please generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs:

    But first, in 1Password Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings, enable App, In-App Purchase, and Keychain, and then try restoring the purchase again. That way we may get some more details about what's happening.

    Also be sure to include your receipt, a screenshot of their purchase history, the Apple ID used for the purchase a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance! :)

    how am I supposed to get the advanced diagnostics log into an email?

    @nrcapes: Indeed, just as long as you enable those log settings, the diagnostics will contain those when you send it as well. :)
