How to fill a 3 fields Login ?

I have a 3 fields website Login .
Any advise how to add the third filed will be appreciated .
Now , Only the second and third fields are automatically exists

I was able to get it to work by simply manually saving a new Login item like this:

https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/

Just be sure to fill out all three fields before saving it. That way 1Password "learns" what is filled in the fields and can fill it back in accurately when you go to sign in later.

Before making a NEW Login, Is it possible to edit the existing Login instead making a new one ?
As I have lots of data in the present one ...like notes and tags etc ...

You will need to copy over the notes and tags into the new Login item.

The way 1Password learns how to fill out a form is by looking at and recording the data you fill into the fields at the time the Login item is saved. If you originally saved a Login item in the main 1Password app, that would not have given 1Password a chance to learn the actual fields on the page. Also, even if you originally saved the Login in the browser, and 1Password learned the correct form fields, the website may have changed the form fields over time. This becomes more likely the older the Login item is.
