Issues with Pro features which are unavailable

in iOS

In the 1Password settings on my iPad it shows the pro features as purchased, when I however select the folder to organize I am unable to add folders or tags.

1Password Version: 6.4.1
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 9.3.1
Sync Type: Dropbox

    @Derek_de_Koker: It sounds like you may be in All Vaults view. If you switch to a local vault, you can tap Edit to create a new folder. Folders are not supported by 1Password Families/Teams vaults.

    Tags, on the other hand, are added in the items themselves. Just edit one and you can set tags to it. I hope this helps! :)

    You're welcome! But I wouldn't call it a mistake. We're all still learning new things, after all. And we'd like to improve All Vaults in the future to have a smaller learning curve. :chuffed:
