Password hint: forgotten Master Password

    I can not recover the password to enter. when I have to write my cat's name is written "ignores"
    What should I do to get in?

    @umberto: I've split you off into a separate discussion since this seems to be different from the PIN issue being discussed there.

    It appears that 1Password is giving you the password hint you setup. This is meant to remind you of your password, but it cannot recover it for you. For example, if the hint is your cat's name, writing the name of your cat will not get you your Master Password. It's there as a reminder for you to remember it.

    (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
