One Password failed on my new mac. Why?

Hi,

I am installing One Password on my new mac, the old is not functioning anymore, however, when the installation is almost finished it prompts the following message: "One Password failed to install".
Can you support me on this issue?

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    1Password for Mac doesn't actually have an installation. You simply download the 1Password for Mac app and drag it to your Applications folder.

    Is it possible you are referring to an update rather than an installation?

    • What version of 1Password are you using?
    • Can you take a screenshot of the error you are getting and attach it with your reply?

    I'm sure we'll get it sorted out pretty quickly once we see the screenshot and know what version of 1Password you are using.
