Forgotten Master Password. How do I remove 1Password from my mac so I am no longer prompted for it?

I returned to using my mac but sadly forgot my MasterPassword. When I attempt to set up new accounts I get blocked by the prompt for my 1Password. What can I do?

    Hi @BruceT,

    I'm sorry to hear that you got locked out of 1Password! It's always scary when that happens. You should follow the instructions to start over with an empty vault: https://support.1password.com/starting-over/mac.html. This will let you install 1Password again so you can use it with a new Master Password!
