I'd like it to work all day with one sign-in Not have to sign in every few minutes.1

    You can change how often 1Password locks by going to 1Password > Preferences > Security and changing things so they fill your needs. You'll just have to make sure that 1Password is unlocked in the background; otherwise it'll continue to ask for your Master Password. 8-)
