in Mac

I have the free version. wish to make backup. cannot find 'choose vault' as a prompt. what to do?
I wish to print it all on my desktop, transfer it all to an external hard drive, and then erase whats on desktop

    @rockyjam if you want to print out your 1Password data, you can do so by selecting a category of items and then clicking File > Print or hitting Command + P and then entering your Master Password. Is that what you were looking for?

    Thanks- not exactly what I was asking but also good to know- I want it on my desktop of computer so I can transfer to external hard drive
