    I’d be happy to help you get set up here, but I will need a bit more information. Did you sign up for 1Password account for 1Password Teams or 1Password Families, or did you purchase a license for 1Password from the Mac App Store or the AgileBits Store?

    I took a quick look in our back office records, but I didn’t find any license information tied to the email address that you used to create your forum account. Please note that if you purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store, we will not be able to search for your information, as we have no access to Apple’s purchase records.

    Once we know a bit more about where you’re at, we’ll be better able to tell you how to move forward.
