No Firefox extension icon

I have not been able to get the firefox extension icon to show up in my toolbar. I do have an anonymous setup using several extensions so I'm wondering if that is preventing the 1pass extension from working properly. It is installed according to my extensions manager, but the icon does not show up when I attempt to customize the toolbar using these instructions.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    What happened when you followed the steps in the "If you cannot add 1Password to the toolbar in Firefox" section to create a new Firefox profile? Did 1Password work in the new profile?
