I am using 1password on my andrioid phone exclusively and would would like to start syncing to my computer so its accessible other than just on my phone. I am usure of how to do that.

The easiest way to sync between Android and other devices is using Dropbox. However, Wi-Fi and local storage sync are also supported if you wanted to go another route. Here are some guides to help you get started with Dropbox syncing:
