I have Mac Pro with 1password version 6.3. It is running Yosemite OS X. I have dropbox and created new folder and have choose dropbox and have an .opvault established.
I have 1 password and dropbox on my wife's iPad air 2. It is running 9.2.2 I choose sync on her iPad and my Mac Pro syncs but it says there is no .agilekeychain or .opvault. I am stuck

    Hi @richard_seidman,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues syncing your devices. I'm not sure where you've created the new folder, is it in Dropbox? Just in case this is causing any confusion, you need to be signed into the same Dropbox account in both devices to be able to sync them.

You can find the detailed instructions on how to set up syncing both in iOS and OSX here: https://support.1password.com/sync-options/#sync-it-yourself-with-icloud-or-dropbox. Could you please go through them and tell us if that helps? If you're still having some trouble, could you please tell us exactly in which step the process fails?

Please let us know how this goes for you! :chuffed:

I opened main 1password program on my MacPro. I went to preferences. I choose sync icon on upper task bar. I selected dropdown choice . I clicked the choose box and it went to my Applications. I highlighted dropbox program and clicked on new folder

In looking more closely, I noticed on example that the folder was highlighted and when I selected that I was able to make the chain work.

All devices are linked and on iPad Mac Pro and iPhone. Thanks Should have asked for help sooner
