My Master Password are different on my Mac app and on my online login information
Hi,
I have 1Password working on my 2 Mac´s. My trouble appears when I try to sync with my iOS devices. First, when I scan the QR Code on my Starter Kit, the Master Password doesn´t match with the password that I use to unlock 1Password on my Mac app.
For any reason, now I have 2 different Master Password´s setup, one with 9 characters and another with 19 characters (I can´t set up the same password for both because it should be +10 characters).
Then I finally found that all the information on my computers is not sync on my online profile!! My vault is empty!
What happen? Do I have one account or two? Why I have 2 different Master Password? How can I sync the elements on my Mac with my online information?

I'm sorry about the confusion with 1Password and the different ways in which it works! It sounds to me like you were already a 1Password user, or that you started using 1Password without adding your account, is wither of this right? The reason why you're not finding your data on your profile is because you're almost certainly storing it on a local vault in your computer instead of on your account. To fix this you need to follow the instructions on this guide: https://support.1password.com/teams-families-migrate/. This also explains why you have two different Master Passwords, to unify them you can change your short Master Password to the longer one following this instructions: https://support.1password.com/change-master-password/
