"Starting Over" with German OS X El Capitan

Hi there!

I started over with 1Password as described in your knowledgebase article. It worked just fine, after i changed my OS language to english. With german language installed i just saw the capture and the field to fill in was cut off at the bottom line of the window. There was no way to reach the "Delete Data and Start Over" button, until i changed the language und restarted my mac.

My prob, the "foreign key constraint issue" ist solved now, but i just wanted to let you know.
