There is a beta version of 1Password 6 for Windows available now. We're still finding bugs and squashin' em where we can, as this is very much a beta test of those apps, but if you don't mind encountering some slimy-and-unsatisfying things you can find them here.
As for when we'll have a stable release, I'm afraid I can't offer a specific timeline because I don't want to say one thing only to be wrong. All I can say is that good things come to those who wait :)

I am glad you've got it up and running! Please let us know if you encounter any of those bugs as we're doing our best to eradicate them and get 1Password 6 for Windows ready for a stable release :)
