Login Grouping - Some items are connected i.e., a bank login, debit card, bank account, membership rewards. Need the ability to group relevant items together. Tabs and folders are not sufficient. I would have hundreds of tabs if this were the case.

It is crazy that I create a Bank Account with all the account and security info AND then I have to duplicate most of this in an Online Banking Login entry. Why not make these one entry?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure why you'd be entering duplicate information in a Login entry? All that is needed for a Login item is the URL to the login page and the credentials. Details like account number, routing number, account type, branch information, ... etc are only on Bank Account items.

I often need all the security questions and bank account info at login time.
Why should I have to move between two records to get all the info I need on one bank?
Or indeed loyalty scheme etc
One consolidated entry would do a much better job IMHO and I can see no reason that this is not possible

It is currently possible. You can add custom sections to a login item such that you can store all of that sort of information there. That way you could, for example, have your account & routing number on the login item and do away with the bank account item... it'll just show up in the Logins category, not the Bank Account category.
