I keep seeing the message above "Trial expired. Click here to buy." when I open 1Password but I purchased 1Password in 2014 and now have 1Password 5 for Mac installed. Why do I see this and how do I get rid of the message?

    Hi @cheryl_120,

    I'm sorry for any confusion about that! The Trial Expired message simply means you have not yet activated the 1Password app on that Mac with your license file. Please take a look at this knowledgebase article for more information: If you see “Trial Expired” in 1Password
