Unable to delete items from the trash

Hello,
I am unable to empty the trash of 1Password, every time I remove items from the trash they reappear.
Here are the versions that I use on my different devices:

MacPro: 1Password 6.3 on Mac OS X 10.11.5
MacBookPro: 1Password 6.3 on Mac OS X 10.11.5
MacMini: 1Password 4.4.2 on Mac OS X 10.9.5
iPhone: 1Password 6.4.2 on iOS 9.3.1

I want to clarify that vault is synchronized via a local folder and via Syncthing (P2P service), but even if I disable temporarily the service I can’t delete items from the trash.
Vault is a .agilekeychain file type since apparently .opvault file is not compatible with 1Password 4.x, but maybe I misunderstood the difference between these 2 files

    Hi @iorbita! I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this problem. Just so we understand what's happening, though, you're saying that if you go to 1Password > Empty trash... and click on Empty Trash in the dialog that pops up, your items aren't deleted, even if you have sync disabled?

    At this point I think we should take a closer look and make sure things are working properly. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac. Here's how:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Please attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com and include a link to this discussion in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Once we see the report, we should be able to better assist you with next steps. Thanks very much!
